Our service

Blue Sky Taxi provides premium chauffeured taxi and airport-transfer services from Zurich and Winterthur, throughout Switzerland, and across the border to Germany and neighbouring countries.

24/7 booking availability

Our booking service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can send a request at any time; we confirm each ride with you personally, usually within one hour.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is a request until we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. A ride is only guaranteed once we have replied to confirm the vehicle, timing and route. Please make sure the contact number you provide is reachable on WhatsApp.

Flexible cancellation

Book anytime, cancel anytime with immediate flexibility. There is no minimum notice period and no cancellation fee — simply message us in the same WhatsApp chat to change or cancel your ride. We only ask that you let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can free up the vehicle for other passengers.

Fares and payment

We do not publish a fixed tariff. Every fare is quoted individually based on your route, timing and chosen vehicle, and is agreed with you on WhatsApp before the ride. Payment is made directly to the driver or by a method confirmed in advance.

Cross-border and international travel

We offer cross-border transfers to Germany and neighbouring countries. Each passenger is responsible for carrying valid travel documents — a passport or accepted identity card, and any visa required for the destination. Blue Sky Taxi is not liable for refused entry, border delays or penalties resulting from missing or invalid documents.

Please tell us your destination at the time of booking so we can plan the route and vehicle and advise on any border formalities.

Passengers and luggage

Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity: the Mercedes S-Class seats up to 3, the Toyota Camry up to 4, and the Toyota Alphard up to 6. Please book a vehicle suited to your party size and let us know about oversized luggage, child seats or extra stops in advance.

Passenger conduct

For everyone's safety, seat belts must be worn, and drivers may decline or end a ride in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged to that passenger.

Liability

We take great care to provide a punctual, professional service, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control — including traffic, weather, road closures or border checks. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected ride, except where a greater liability is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rules of another country apply to a cross-border trip, those rules remain unaffected.
